Venue Rental Application
By submitting the venue application, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read and understands the policies and fees established by Club Elite.
A $250 security deposit is required to secure your rental date. An invoice for said deposit will be sent to the email address listed on the form upon receipt of the form. Please allow 48 business hours for a follow-up. All required security deposits will only be refunded to the applicant 48 hours after the scheduled date of use and in accordance with established policies. The full rental balance is due 2 weeks of the event’s date.
Rental applications and payment transactions for facilities are accepted online, during the site’s posted business hours, or when other arrangements have been made with the Event Team. For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
