Venue Rental Application

By submitting the venue application, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read and understands the policies and fees established by Elite.  

A $250 security deposit is required to secure your rental date. There is a 4 hour minimum for rental. An invoice for said deposit will be sent to the email address listed on the form upon receipt of the form. Please allow 48 business hours for a follow-up. All required security deposits will only be refunded to the applicant 48 hours after the scheduled date of use and in accordance with established policies. The full rental balance  is due 2 weeks of the event’s date. 

Rental applications and payment transactions for facilities are accepted online, during the site’s posted business  hours, or when other arrangements have been made with the Event Team. For more information, please email

Alcohol & No Smoking

  • The use of alcohol requires a license from Virginia ABC and must have proof prior to the event date.

  • Security is required.

Change of Contract

  • Any changes or cancellations to the event must be made at least 2 weeks before the event date, any changes made after forfeit applicant’s deposit.

  • Changes may only be made by the applicant or person designated to speak on their behalf.

Event Times

  • On the day of the event, you are allotted (1) hour to use for set-up and (1) hour for clean-up. It can be added to your event time as you see fit. Confirmation of times will be received with your invoice.


  • Glitter, confetti, silly string, bird seed, fire or similar items are NOT permitted

  • You are only to use and decorate the space rented. 


  • All trash must be disposed of properly. Trash must be removed from the cans and placed in designated dumpsters.

  • Outside terrace area, if used by the applicant, must be cleaned. No food, trash, or waste should be left outside.

  • Applicant is responsible for the cleanup of food or trash left by guests of your party that may be left on the site and/or in common areas.

Deposit Refunds

  • The security deposit will be refunded 48 business hours after the date of the event unless one of the following occurs:

    • Applicant cancels event less than 2 weeks prior to event date. 

    • Failure to abide by the policies and procedures listed above. 

    • Any damage is done to the facility. 

    • Failure to vacate the facility at the designated time. 

    • Failure to remove all belongings brought to the facility.

  • Failure to adhere to contract terms that result in the cancellation of the event relinquishes the right to any refund of deposit or event payments. 

*Children must always be under adult supervision.
